I started Megan Finley Photography, with one of the Offbeat Bride editors, Coco. Of course, we specialize in shooting offbeat weddings. And what I mean by specializing in offbeat weddings is that we don’t treat you guys like robots to be placed in pre-determined poses and we’re budget friendly.
We also love what we do. Seriously… don’t hire us if you don’t want your photographers dancing at your wedding, because we WILL dance, we WILL have fun and we WILL shoot the shit out of you and your amazing wedding.
We are total digital photography nerds, and so we’re cool with you getting all the digital negatives of edited, high resolution photos — as many as are fit to print and no weird finagling over prints or prices. We like to keep our costs down so we can continue to shoot awesome budget weddings.
We also travel to shoot weddings, including (but not limited to) all over California and the Hawaiian islands.
I work with couples of all styles, ages, religions, sexual orientations, and everything else. I love freaks and weirdos. You want me to shoot your light saber fight? YES!

- We shot the in(ternet)famous Muppet wedding — bride and groom muppets, In & Out truck, Star Wars cake, groom singing a Weezer song, this wedding has it all!
- Djinnaya and Jason’s wedding of WINNING — Green dress, costumed guests, San Francisco landmarks and a “first cupcake.”
- Claudia and Eddie’s Rockabilly wedding — a retro, Rockabilly wedding in a German themed venue, it totally works.
